Join us as we present Alex Freeman's latest documentary, "For The Love of Racing" on the big screen! We're projecting the full 30 min film in our race shop! Featuring multi-angle racing sequences captured in car and on track, the documentary follows 4 drivers in the Gridlife Touring Cup's main event: Midwest Festival at Gingerman Raceway. Projected on a huge 12 foot wide screen, sound will be provided by individual wireless headphones. An individual v8 in everyones ears. For a racing fan, it cant get better. After the film, Freeman will be answering questions during a moderated Q&A session. Racing films are meant to be seen big.
The Film will be presented at our Race Shop 500 Lee Rd. Bldg. C. Doors open at 6:30pm Film begins 7:00pm.
Feel free to bring your own drinks and a camping chair! Enjoy the latest documentary to come out of Rochester that's making a big splash in the racing community. There will be popcorn and refreshments for sale.

Cars and Coffee Rochester at The Little Speed Shop is back in full capacity. We are excited to host out local car enthusiasts for a great morning of Cars and Coffee. The event is free and open to the public but there is limited space so get there early to make sure you get your spot. Once we are at capacity we will have to turn people away. The event will take place in front of our new race shop at 500 Lee Rd. Building D, which will be open to the public to check out. TLSS Merch will be out for sale. CANCELLED: Cars and Coffee 3.14.20 is cancelled due the risk associated with the Coronavirus. We love our car community and don’t want to place any unnecessary health risk by getting a large group of people together. Join The Little Speed Shop crew for a Drive-In viewing party for the release of the new Netflix show, Hyperdrive. Hyperdrive was filmed right here in Rochester, NY at Kodak Park and The Little Speed Shop Crew was the mechanical support team on set prepping and maintaining all the competitors race cars throughout the competition. From executive producer, Charlize Theron, this is an car show like none you have ever seen before, a race obstacle course, “American Ninja Warrior” meets “The Fast and The Furious”. The event will start off with a car show and meet-up in The Little Speed Shop parking lot. You may get the inside look at some stuff from the show and get to speak with our staff about our experiences being on set. There will be a food truck, popcorn and beverages for sale. The show will begin after sunset and we will show the first couple episodes of the series outside drive-in movie style. Be sure to bring chairs or you can sit in your car and watch.

Season 1 of Netflix’s new TV series Hyperdrive airs August 21, 2019. Since the TV Series was shot at the birthplace of film, Kodak’s Eastman Business Park, we are hosting a Premiere Party at Kodak Center. What is Hyperdrive? Imagine a cross between The Fast & The Furious and American Ninja Warrior. The action-packed series features elite street racers from around the world testing their limits in supercharged custom cars on the biggest, baddest automotive obstacle course ever built. Our location, where over 110 companies operate and over 6,000 people come to work every day, is an ideal industrial background for the show.
Eastman Business Park’s extensive array of services made planning and executing a major undertaking like filming a TV series a lot easier. Services include construction, utilities, fire and emergency response, security, auto maintenance garages and mechanics, cafeterias, offices, storage space and more. The site is also a private, gated location, ensuring safety for drivers and support staff. Be one of the first to see this great new show.

The 2018 Joel Ajavon Memorial Car Show will be at The Little Speed Shop this year! We've decided to cancel our July Cars and Coffee event in hopes that everyone will join us on this special occasion to celebrate a dear friend of the shop and one of the most beloved car enthusiasts who was taken from us too soon.
The 6th Annual Joel Ajavon Memorial Car Show is the go to car show in the Upstate NY region and you'll regret missing it if you do. It's gearing up with some new faces and a new location. This is a show to celebrate the life of a very avid motorsports and BMW enthusiast in the Rochester that tragically passed away in the summer of 2013.
We are pleased to announce our new partnership with Finger Lakes Region SCCA, now that our efforts are combined we can bring you the biggest, most notable show to date.

Best part? We are only asking for a voluntary donation to the Joel Ajavon Memorial Scholarship Fund. All proceeds from the show go to this charity scholarship fund.
